The main asset of this new app by youngculture is the fast and mobile access to Switzerland's biggest economic database, providing information of over 1.6 Mio. persons and of over 840'000 officially registered companies in Switzerland. homegate.ch also for Android
The leading real estate portal homegate.ch is launching - as one of the first Swiss websites - a free Android-Application. In summer 2009 homegate launched a very successfull iPhone application. And now useres with Android cell phones will also be able to benefit from mobile search possibilities for real estate.
The application has been realized by youngculture and offers the same functions like the iPhone app: Real estate to buy/rent can be searched either by town names, postal codes or location based, the route to the objects can be displayed on google maps and sellers can be easily contacted by e-mail or pohne. Search results can be stored for later retrieval. Thanks to user friendly sliders for search criteria, the application is very easy to handle.
The application is available in German, French, Italian and English, and can be downloaded free-of-charge in the Android Market.
eye test-iPhone-App for Helsana
Test your eyesight - with Helsana's mobile eye test! The iPhone application was implemented by youngculture and can be downloaded for free in the iTunes-App-Store since end of january 2010.
The test is simple and convincing: the iPhone has to be held with straight arms and has to be turned in such way, that the "E" is always in an upright position. The user will be quickly aware about the quality of his eyesight. If required, he can subscribe for an eye test at McOptik. Helsana's clients are benefiting from a 10% discount on all products.

youngculture has developed a product finder as an iPhone app for www.blue-tomato.com – Europe’s largest on-line shop for snow and surf. This app enables users to get advice on the most current snowboard and snow wear products, anywhere and at all times.
The snowboard and snow wear finder offers the following attractive options:
- Search for the perfect board or the best apparel
- Possible settings: brand, riding style, gender, height, weight, ability, price level, flex as well as other features
- Personal product recommendations based on current settings
- Watchlist: add and compare products found
youngculture developed this iPhone app in collaboration with excentos GmbH, the specialist for web-based consulting technologies for guided selling, and with Blue Tomato. The application has been available free of charge in German in the App Store since 4 December 2009.
tel.ch as an iPhone app
The popular on-line telephone book tel.ch has also been available as an iPhone app since 25 November 2009. The application created by youngculture on behalf of Tel.ch AG enables a simple search of over 4 million entries, in addition to other attractive functions:

For homegate.ch, Switzerland biggest real estate platform, youngculture developed an application for iPhone and iPod touch. The application allows the search for real estate within over 50’000 advertisments and offers attractive features such as a GPS-search for real estate nearby and a display of the location on the map.
The free application is available in iTunes app store since august 12 2009 and has already made it to place 3 of the top apps within the first week.

Bargainfinder for comparis.ch
The new application for comparis.ch allows an easy search for bargains of big retailers like Migros, Coop, Denner, Spar, Volg, Aldi and Lidl. The bargains can be found by searching the retailers or the products. Furthermore the application allows to find shops nearby.

The Mobile Product and Price Comparison from comparis.ch
youngculture has implemented a mobile product/price comparison for iPhone and iPod Touch for comparis.ch, the largest internet comparison service in Switzerland. This application is available free of charge from App Store since the end of December 2008 and already occupies 1st place among the top 25 downloads.
With this new application a consumer can now compare the retail prices for consumer electronics and IT products with the offerings in more than 80 Swiss online shops. A touch with a fingertip suffices to get the product and price comparison going. Within seconds the consumer knows whether the desired device could be purchased somewhere else for a better price. The desired product can be searched directly via a search field or through device categories or respective manufacturers. In no time the current price including shipping costs appears on the screen. Just as easy is creation of a "watchlist“ and dispatch via e-mail. Among “Top Products“ appear the currently most sought-after marvels from the world of home electronics and IT. Whoever is now hunting for bargains on sale will soon appreciate this slim comparis software.

LookItUp – the mobile search directory
LookItUp, the mobile search directory developed by youngculture CTO André Horstmann, hit the core of a basic iPhone user need: easy and comfortable search for contact data of individuals and companies via mobile phone. Especially appreciated are attractive features such as linking to maps applications – e.g. for route determination – or access to Mail and Safari (as far as corresponding links to the found entry exist), as well as saving of entries in an address book.
