Needs assessment
Together with new partners we evaluate their needs for development personnel. This concerns employee qualifications as well as the quantitative demand and temporal framework conditions. The choice of collaboration model is made together - team or project sourcing.
Framework agreement
The fundamental elements of collaboration are stipulated in a framework agreement.
Employee selection
According to the criteria established under point 1, youngculture makes a preliminary selection of employees. The definitive selection is made in conjunction with our customers.
Training / employee integration in Switzerland
Thorough training and integration is carried out at the start of every project by youngculture and at the customer site.
