Model 1 - Team Sourcing
Model 1 aims to strengthen the customer's own resources through formation of a need-based Nearshore Development Team. In the «One Team Approach», as it is called, the customer's developers and our Nearshore Developers form one team. This model is appropriate for customers with mid to long-term demand for development capacity who want to integrate this reinforcement of internal resources closely into their own project organization. The Nearshore Team is thereby assembled according to customer requirements.
