Testers for HR software
youngculture is a well-established, international software engineering company with currently 70 people in its offices in Zurich, Switzerland, Belgrade and Niš.
With the approach to deliver high quality software solutions for our international customers we are looking for highly motivated employees for our Belgrade or Niš offices in the following positions:
Testers for HR software
You will be part of the testing team whose main goal is to test new software releases and to help to optimize the user experience and usability of the software. In that position we look for a person who has a good affinity to modern web technology and who understands the needs of people using that application at their work.
The ideal candidate hired into this position should have the following key skills/experience:
- High school or University degree
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in English
- German will be considered as an strong asset
- Team spirit
- Communicative
- Technical affinities and interest in web technology
- Experience in use of business applications
- Experience in testing of business applications will be considered as an asset
- Knowledge of testing package Selenium (and/or similar) will be considered as an asset
- Interest in Human Resources processes
- Ability to travel abroad (Zurich, Switzerland)
